The Golden Lions Club would like to thank you for your support of the Club’s 3rd Annual Motorcycle Raffle. All the proceeds from the Golden Lions Club’s 3rd Annual Motorcycle Raffle went into the Club’s Community Betterment Fund which will be reinvested in the Golden Colorado community area. From projects like building parks, ball fields and pavilions, assisting various charitable activities, supporting those in need in the community, to helping purchase eye exams and eye glasses for those who otherwise would go without getting these basic needs. The Club’s Kidsight program arranges for free eye screening for pre-school age children which is critical in the early detection of eye problems before they become major issues. Of the children screened by the Club’s Kidsight program, approximately 10% have been identified as having an issue that warranted a referral to an eye doctor for additional tests.
